Return & Refund Policy

As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at artbykial@outlook.dk with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will make it right.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the issue has been confirmed.

We do not cover return shipping costs for orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer.
